Brand New Boeing 777-300ER has landed on Istanbul
Turkish Airlines has been keeping receiving Boeing 777-300ER aircrafts in 2016. As known, the airlines has made a great investment on Boeing 777-300ER series recently. The airlines has already have 25 of this series and will receive additional ones up to 20 until 2020. The airlines first started using this series with the leased ones from Jet Airways. After using them on Tokyo, London and New York routes, the airlines was very pleased with its performance and fuel efficiency. After having began receiving the triple sevens, the airline management has decided to retire the old Airbus A340-300 series. Not long, almost 3 years ago, national company of Turkey had almost 20 A340s and now has only 4. The remaining ones are to retire at the end of the year as well.
